Updates to the Rate Calculator

The following updates have been brought to the calculator:
  • The Quick Calculator has been added as an additional calculator for your websites. This calculator is a modified version of the GFE Calculator where the Results are more basic (Title Insurance Premium and 1101 Fees).
  • All of your customized States, Fees, and Admin Options already apply to the Quick Quote Calculator.
  • Click here for Installation Instructions of both calculators for your website!

The following updates have been brought to the calculator:
  • Added Maryland as a state... Currently have NJ, PA, FL, and MD.
  • View Previous Quote option on all state forms for users
  • Place an Order form associated with the calculator. This will allow your customers to fill out a standard form and will email the results to the email on account with MyTitleRates.com.
  • HUD1 and GFE Forms for download with information from the Quote Results already filled in
  • The Place an Order, HUD1 Form, and GFE Form are on all State Quote Results pages. These options may be enabled/disabled under Admin Options when logged into MyTitleRates.com
